1. Take all measures to provide our services to you with minimum downtime.

2. Respect your privacy and use your information only to provide our services to you.
We will not share your personal information with any third party, except in the following situations:
a. At the request of law enforcement agencies in compliance with all procedures established by law.
b. The user has violated the rules in this document.

3. Respect your privacy regarding your Internet activities. The log files stored on our servers are only used for tuning server performance, improving security, and for the purpose of identifying abusive users.
These log files are not for monitoring your Internet activities. We are not interested in what you do on the Internet. We delete all logs after 30 days.

4. Not share the log files on our servers with any third parties, except in the following situations:
a. At the request of law enforcement agencies in compliance with all procedures established by law.
b. The user has violated the rules in this document.

5. Answer all support tickets as fast as possible.

6. Renew your subscription at the end of each billing cycle.

7. Cancel your subscription at your request, before the end of the last billing cycle.

8. Charge no additional fees, other than the one monthly, trimestral, semestral or annual subscription cost listed in our site.

9. We oblige not to increase the price of our service after you purchase your account.



1. You must be 18 years or older to use our services.

2. You will not use a stolen credit card to pay for our services.

3. You will not use our services to hack other computers, servers, or networks on the internet. You will not try to hack our servers and resources.
Hacking activities include, but are not limited to:
a. Network Scanning (eg. port scanning, running proxy hunters) or breaking into other computers, servers, or networks on the internet.
b. Transmission of viruses/trojans/worms, etc. to other computers on the internet.
c. Any form of DOS/DDOS attacks.

4. You will respect copyright laws in your country and will not use our services for receiving and the distribution of pirated copyrighted materials.

5. You will not use our service to SPAM others (e.g send unsolicited emails, unsolicited instant messages etc.)

6. You will not use our services to engage in child pornography activities of any sort.

7. You will not promote/distribute/encourage terrorist activities of any sort.

8. You will not use our services for any type of criminal activities and will respect the laws of your country.

9. You agree not to share your account with others. You can use your account from different devices, but you can have only one connection at a time for one account. Simultaneous connections for the same account are prohibited and may result in account termination.

10. You will not use our services to download any material using P2P programs, such as, but not limited to torrent clients like BitComet, Direct Connect software, or any other form of organized peer to peer download.

11. You agree that you will use your account responsible and not run any mal-intended software to hog the bandwidth of our servers. We reserve the right limit the bandwidth of your account if you transfer more than 4GB in one day .

12. You understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted services. We will do our best to keep up the server uptime, but we have no guarantees on the services your local ISP provides. We are not to be held responsible for any damage that may arise from the use of our services.


If you violate any of our terms, we reserve the right to terminate your service without any advance warning or notification. No refunds or will be given.

If you violate any of our terms that involve criminal activities, you will forfeit all the privacy and confidentiality privileges that our service provides. No refunds or will be given.

If you try to pay for our service from a stolen credit card, we will report the incident to the proper authorities, and/or provide them with any information that they may require. We do not take stealing lightly, DO NOT TRY TO STEAL FROM US!

We reserve the right to make amendments or modifications to this Terms Of Service. They will become binding and it is your responsibility to check for TOS updates and abide by the terms.
