Yes, you can. You will need to set-up your HSVPN connection using the
SSTP protocol.
SSTP VPN works on TCP port
443,
which is never blocked by firewalls because all https sites are accessed using that port.
Please note that you will need Windows 7 or Windows Vista to connect with
SSTP.
Do I have to renew my VPN Account? When is my credit card billed?
All our VPN Accounts are subscription based and are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period.
Your credit card is automatically billed at the start of each period.
How do I cancel my VPN Account?
You can write us an email at
support@highspeedvpn.com
and we will suspend your account and stop billing your credit card. You can do this anytime you want, as you have no
contractual obligations.
If I canceled my VPN Account can I later reactivate it?
Yes, you can reactivate your subscription by emailing us.
This will result in a new billing period being opened with the date of the request
(so you only pay for the time the VPN account is active).
Canceling or reactivating your account implies no additional fees.
As our websites states there are no hidden fees and you only pay the monthly subscription cost.
Can I use my VPN account from different devices, like my laptop and my smart-phone?
Yes, but you can only connect from one device at one time. Simultaneous connections are not
allowed with one account.
Can I use my VPN Account from my iPad or iPhone?

Can I use my VPN Account from Linux?
You can set-up your VPN connection from Linux, but we do not offer any technical support for Linux-based connections.
We do offer high quality and free technical support for VPN connections made from all versions of Windows,
Windows Mobile, Mac OS and iPhone OS.
Do I need to install any software to connect to HSVPN?
No, you don`t require any additional software to connect to HSVPN.
All the OSs we support have built-in VPN Clients
so you don`t need to install any software like you would with OpenVPN.
